We have the BEST guests

Let's face it, I'd be hard pressed to find a dog I didn't like. Don't get me wrong - there have been dogs that have come for a meet and greet that we've felt would not be suitable guests. And as much as I feel badly about turning someone away, I feel it is essential to have a group of socially compatible dogs at any given time. While dogs interact with people differently than with other dogs, I have to feel confident that the personalities of our guests will all jive. Aggression towards another guest is never tolerated. After one stay, I usually can assess who would or would not get along with each other. So on repeat bookings, I have a pretty good sense of the mix of personalities. We don't overbook just for the sake of income. Our guests are carefully selected. When you entrust your beloved pet to us, it is our utmost responsibility to make your dog feel at home - in our home, and not just in some designated room in the house or yard. Particularly when a dog comes from a single-dog home and are put amongst others, they behave like they are at sleepaway camp, making the best friends of their lives. It is adorable to witness these bonds taking place. We are so fortunate and grateful to watch dogs that we have really come to know and love. Regular visitors and clients' recommendations to friends and relatives speak volumes. I don't know if it is just by luck, or because we live in a community of caring people, but I sometimes feel like our place just attracts nice dogs and owners.
